“Over the course of the last year, Heidi’s compassionate and authentic approach to coaching has helped me to really examine who I am, what my values are, and the kind of leader I want to be.”
“Heidi was so patient, and encouraging, in helping me identify my core values and how my career and key life decisions were aligned to them. This outcome in itself has been a major win for me and I got that right off the bat.”
“Heidi was a great help to me as I navigated my career transition. She helped me focus both on my strengths and on defining the alignment of my values and my work. By asking deliberate, thoughtful questions, and giving me the space and time to dig within myself for the answers, Heidi helped me see where I was getting in my own way. With her help, I re-learned to trust my instincts. I also developed tools to help me in my search for new, meaningful work. Heidi is an excellent listener, motivator, and coach. I highly recommend working with her.”
