Michelle has been coaching since 2003 and is committed to helping clients align their actions with their values, strengths and vision.

Michelle is a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, has completed certification with The Coaches Training Institute and has a degree in Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a degree in Education from Windsor University.

Michelle has appeared in articles in the Province, Vancouver Sun, Flare magazine, and Metro (Toronto) on topics such as goal setting and career changes.

She has led workshops regarding work/life balance, career changes, finding your purpose, managing stress, and coaching and mentoring in the workplace for Career Education Society, Burnaby City, Minerva Foundation, Arcteryx, Connecting Environmental Professionals, Consumer Protection BC, Coquitlam School District, Vancouver School District, and West Vancouver School District.

On the personal front, Michelle moved to Vancouver, BC in 1990, taught for 6 years and then travelled to southeast Asia before landing in Sumatra, Indonesia for 4 years to teach at and start up Global Andalan International school. Now with two boys 13 and 11, balancing life, work and play is the priority. When not coaching or parenting, play is all about mountain biking and trail running on the North Shore mountains, travelling, and experiencing new adventures.
